Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, and support quality staff in X-Ray, NDT, Final Inspection, and Shipping departments.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards across all relevant quality functions.
• Support the First Article Inspection and PPAP process.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Develop and implement quality procedures, metrics & reporting tools to drive improvement.
• Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Serve as a quality liaison between internal teams and external customers.
• Train and mentor quality staff to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
• Oversee quality documentation for final product inspections and shipping to ensure full traceability and compliance.
