Pure Green Franchise is on a mission to build healthier communities by connecting people with superfoods. As one of the fastest-growing franchises in the U.S., we’re expanding rapidly and looking for a PR & Media Relations Manager to help take our brand visibility to the next level!
About the Role:We’re looking for a results-driven PR professional to secure national press coverage in top-tier and industry publications while also driving local media coverage for our growing network of franchise locations. Your work will help increase brand awareness and drive new guest traffic to our stores across the country.
What You’ll Do:✅ Develop and execute a PR strategy to secure press in national, industry, and local media outlets
✅ Pitch stories and build relationships with journalists, reporters, and media influencers
✅ Create compelling press releases, media alerts, and PR campaigns
✅ Drive local press coverage for new and existing franchise locations to generate buzz and foot traffic
✅ Monitor press coverage, track media placements, and optimize outreach strategies
✅ Work closely with our marketing and franchise teams to align PR efforts with business goals
What We’re Looking For:✔ 2+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications (agency or in-house)
✔ Proven success in securing press coverage in national and/or local media outlets
✔ Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling pitches
✔ A proactive and tenacious approach to media outreach and relationship-building
✔ Experience in the franchise, restaurant, or wellness industry is a plus
Compensation & Perks:💰 Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
📍 Location: Remote or hybrid (based on candidate location)
