Position Summary 

The PR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Public Relations team in executing strategic communication plans to enhance the public image and reputation of the organization. This role involves coordinating various PR activities, managing media relations, and assisting in organizing PR processes. This role demands a proactive, detail oriented professional capable of navigating all PR processes and functions.

Job Details 

  • Location: Irvine, California (Hybrid Position)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (Pacific Time) 
  • Industry: Public Relations and Advertising 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Managing and organizing public relations orders, keeping track of project timelines
  • Coordinate and submit PR campaigns to various publications, ensuring effective communication with media outlets 
  • Engaging with existing clients, handling inquiries related to our services 
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships 
  • Inventory tracking, maintaining accurate records of relevant transactions
  • Crafting content to enhance the company’s online presence
  • Collaborating with the PR team to follow up on orders and maintain a clean CRM
  • General assistant tasks, including answering emails and providing support as needed

Qualifications 

  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all PR-related tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Proficiency in PR strategies and tools to enhance our outreach efforts 
  • Knowledge of relevant CRM systems and applications
  • Demonstrate an understanding of social media platforms and execute social media strategies 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic PR environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2-3 Years o previous relevant experience

Compensation

  • $22-24 / hr DOE

Working Conditions 

This role is a hybrid position requiring in-office work several days per week at our office in Irvine, CA. The PR Coordinator will collaborate with the team through digital platforms, ensuring efficient communication and workflow. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time).
