Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 per year

Job Details
Requirements:
Litigation and/or administrative process experience, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings; experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials a plus.
Experience with IEP's, IDEA & Section 504 hearings/conferences/mediations, due process hearings, student claims & investigations
Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred.
Admission to the California State Bar.
