This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the United States .

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the onboarding, coordination, and administration of multiple projects across diverse industries, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You will act as a central point of contact between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders while implementing technology tools and safety protocols. By managing documentation, tracking safety data, and supporting workforce development initiatives, you will directly contribute to creating safer, more efficient, and well-organized project environments. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, remote work setting while making a tangible impact on client outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end project onboarding process , including organizing data and coordinating with field teams to deploy technology tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding project management and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on badging, credentialing, recruitment, and staffing for project-specific needs.
  • Maintain and manage all project documentation , toolbox talk binders, and safety reports for accuracy, trends, and compliance.
  • Capture and maintain safety data within internal reporting platforms.
  • Provide on-site and remote safety consulting services to clients, supporting program development, implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience , ideally in construction, safety, or consulting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based project management or safety platforms.
  • Familiarity with field operations and safety protocols is a plus.
  • Must be a Filipino currently residing in the Philippines .
  • Home office setup : working headset and webcam, stable internet (25–50 Mbps), up-to-date computer system, quiet workspace, and backup plan for power or internet disruptions.

  • Experience in safety consulting (Safety, Health & Environmental) .
  • Knowledge of workforce development or community-based hiring programs .
