This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple residential, commercial, and industrial landscaping projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of landscape construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead site meetings to address project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics, including materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize project management software to track schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.
  • Address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in Landscape Construction or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing residential, commercial, or industrial landscape projects.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • 60-hour OSHA & SST certification. (preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
