Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

We are a Commercial General Contractor servicing the Western States. Our strengths are in Retail, Grocery, Office, Design / Build, Industrial and Energy Retrofit Construction projects. We provide service in 11 Western States including California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico. We handle all aspects of the construction process, including planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety for your construction projects.

Job Details
Ideal candidate will have the following experience:
7-10 Years Commercial Construction Project Management - Medical offices, Retail, Restaurant and Grocery is a plus.
High End Tenant Improvement experience
Ground up experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced Project Management including Ground Up & Tenant Improvement
Handle Pre-construction and in-progress meetings with clients
Create and track RFI's and Submittals
Send out and track requests for proposals to multiple subcontracts prior to us assembling bids
Handle construction process from bid through close-out.
Create and maintain project schedule
Work will mainly take place in office with some job walks and other field work
Coordinate meetings with the subcontractors and project owners
Purchase materials for projects
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Some travel may be required
Proficient in Procore, MS Project & MS Office Suite
Contract Review and Document management
Solid subcontractor relationships & negotiation skills
Excellent Client interaction skills
