A top-ranked ENR general contractor with national reach is seeking a Project Manager to lead aviation and mission critical (data center) projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for driven builders who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and are comfortable taking ownership of technically complex work from preconstruction through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project execution including preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, and delivery
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure scope, budget, and schedule compliance
• Review and maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
• Collaborate with field teams and owners to resolve challenges and maintain alignment on project goals
• Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving communication and accountability
• Monitor job costs, forecast risk, and support timely billing and cash flow
• Oversee project closeout, including punch list resolution, owner training, and final documentation
• Promote company safety culture and quality standards across all phases

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with at least some aviation or data center builds
• Proven track record delivering large projects, $50M+ in value
• Strong working knowledge of MEP coordination, technical trades, and commissioning workflows
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel – rotational or project-based assignment model
