Position: Project Manager

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $40/hour

Experience: At least 2 years in project management, property management, or a related field.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Employers Options is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Obtain and compare bids for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance and repair work.
• Serve as primary contact for community vendors and contractors.
• Create and maintain project punch lists and completion schedules.
• Oversee placement of signage and other community displays.
• Assist with updating the community website and managing social media content.
• Communicate effectively with the Board, residents, and service providers.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a general understanding and hands-on experience with maintenance (spalling, concrete, building, irrigation, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, including websites and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
