Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise tools, project/collaboration platforms, and agile & hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Utilize enterprise tools such as SAP, Oracle (PeopleSoft, Taleo), Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics to manage project data and workflows.
  • Leverage project/collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Trello to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Implement and manage agile & hybrid delivery methodologies to optimize project performance.
  • Ensure familiarity with cloud/infrastructure technologies including AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, with exposure to tools like RSA Archer or CyberArk being a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise tools (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficiency in project/collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Trello).
  • Experience in agile & hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud/infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exposure to security/compliance tools (RSA Archer, CyberArk) is a bonus
