Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manning Coordinator for our manufacturing / bottling facility to manage crewing and staffing for multiple departments.

Compensation: $24.40 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Skills Required: 

• Maintain and update the manning schedule
• Assign/Maintain overtime postings(s) and records
• Maintain employees’ scheduled vacation and time off hours
• Production line KPI management and documentation
• Create reports, presentations, and data entry (SAP reporting, BOM)
• Purchase Order processing for Operation Supplies
• Schedule training when necessary and develop/maintain the training matrix
• Assist Leadership in preparing action plan meetings
• Maintain people time off service records
• Front Desk support to include visitor sign in, telephone, gate, and badge access
• Support Confirmations Coordinator
• Manage attendance for all departments
• Maintain a HIGH level of confidentiality
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years' experience with staffing / scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Self-starter with high standards for excellence
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary
