Since 1975, we have refined our expertise in fragrance, color, product formulation, and packaging trends to transform into one of the largest home fragrance manufacturers in the United States. Still family-owned and operated, the Grace Management brands have blossomed into international players, with our products currently being sold in over 90 countries. We recently acquired a company called Audrey's , a leader in the home decor and home accessories industry. We are thrilled to now add Audrey's to our family of brands.

We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill a Product Photographer and Videographer position.

About the Role:

The Grace Management Group Product Photographer/Videographer works across different mediums for multiple sales channels to create content that is relevant, compelling, and consistent with each of the Grace brands. This creative professional will be primarily responsible for high-quality photography and videography, along with editing and production. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual storytelling abilities and thrive in our collaborative, fast-paced environment. This person should be highly creative and willing to work within the guidelines and parameters set forth by each brand and campaign.

Responsibilities:

· Create and produce professional photography and videography content from concept to completion, including both studio and lifestyle shoots

· Perform expert post-production editing of photos and videos to align with brand requirements and campaign objectives

· Shape the visual narrative across all content touchpoints while maintaining our brand digital asset libraries

· Execute the photo/video shoot calendar as set forth by the Content Manager, including coordination with team members to ensure timely completion

· Execute styling techniques with props and set arrangements to achieve desired visual outcomes

· Implement established visual brand identity standards for Greenleaf, Votivo, Bridgewater Candle Company, The WillowBrook Company, NOTES® Candle, and Audrey’s

· Collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve unified creative vision

· Handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

· Assist with studio setup/breakdown and on-location shoot logistics

· Ensure color consistency, proper exposure, and high quality across all visual assets

· Maintain and care for all studio equipment, props, and supplies

· Become proficient with specialized systems such as Salsify and OneDrive for digital asset management

· Participate in several travel photoshoots throughout the year at various locations

Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

· Excellent written and oral communication

· Proactive problem solving, both technically and creatively

· Excellent knowledge in photography & lighting, to capture images that represents the product accurately with minimal photo retouching

· Working knowledge of Lightroom and Photoshop.

· Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Creative Cloud Programs (not required)

· Experience or willingness to learn Canon digital cameras

· Must be able to self-teach

· Must be willing to offer creative expertise while following the creative guidance laid out by Brand standards & brand managers.

· A strong portfolio of past work is encouraged to demonstrate experience in applied techniques

· Flexibility to travel for photoshoots throughout the year
