**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Responsible for running broadcast board inclusive of digital editing, recording and maintaining network feeds.
+ Protects the companys FCC license.
+ May be required to perform light production work
+ Implement social media strategy for WSTR
+ Assist with social media planning and scheduling for cluster brands
+ Assist with generation of web and social content.
+ Other duties as required by management.

**Required & Preferred:**
+ Must have proficiency and knowledge of the following social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
+ Must be a creative problem solver who understands and lives the WSTR brand
+ Must perform with little supervision
+ Must have familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred
+ High school diploma required; college degree in media-related major preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years previous experienced preferred
+ Familiarity with station format required
