ST Tissue is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support operations, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot production issues in our fast-paced tissue and recycling facility. This role partners with teams across the mill to lead process improvements, equipment trials, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize production processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality or equipment issues
• Support chemical/equipment trials and documentation updates
• Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement projects
• Promote lean manufacturing and safe work practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in manufacturing; tissue or paper experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis
