The Principal Product Manager, Clinical Data Analytics, will play a pivotal role in shaping Tendo's data-driven solutions by translating clinical and financial-focused activities into actionable insights that support patients, providers, and health systems. This individual will define product strategy and functional requirements for analytics offerings, leveraging deep expertise with healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, DRG, CPT) and payer/provider data workflows. Specifically, they will help define data requirements and business logic to measure provider-level clinical quality from claims data, analyze the relationship between quality, price, and market share for health procedures, and identify missing comorbidities from EHR patient records.
This role requires a strong balance of technical acumen, healthcare domain knowledge, and product management experience. This person will work closely with engineering, clinical informatics, and customer-facing teams to deliver data solutions that improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and support Tendo's marketplace growth.
