Job Description

Spring Education Group is looking for a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to help keep our preschools safe, welcoming, and running smoothly across six locations in Northern Virginia. In this hands-on, independent role, no two days are the same, and your work directly impacts children, families, and staff.

What Youll Do:

• Handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects
• Respond to urgent requests and conduct routine inspections
• Partner with vendors on specialized repairs and oversee contracted work
• Support school upgrades, playgrounds, and classroom refreshes
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years maintenance/facilities experience (multi-site or education preferred)
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in varied environments
• Able to pass background checks and meet preschool requirements
