The HT Group is seeking a Post Funding Manager for a client in Abilene, Texas. As Post Funding Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Post-Funding Review Department. Ideal candidates should have a strong financial institution background, commercial lending, credit analyst and managerial experience, and a proven track record of independence and accuracy.


Responsibilities:

• Review loan documentation, underwriting, approval authorities, and risk monitoring
• Manage and train Post-Funding Analysts/Specialist
• Analyze post booked loans for compliance with underwriting, monitoring, and collateral standards
• Maintain expertise in lending software, processes, and policies
• Report critical findings and ensure resolution
• Conduct risk-based portfolio testing, report findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in developing and updating processes and procedures
• Interact with managers, lenders, loan assistants and back-office staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial institution lending experience - commercial preferred
• Experience in lending, auditing, accounting - a plus
• Knowledge of loan regulations and bank policies
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Must demonstrate independence, professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality
