Job Description

The company is a privately held, ISO13485 certified contract manufacturer of complex injection molded components and assemblies serving the world’s largest medical device OEM’s as tier 1 and tier 2 supplier. With an in-house tool shop, and advanced metrology services they provide solutions to the industries’ toughest challenges. They have asked our team to recruit a top-grade Plant Manager that can provide technical expertise and team leadership for their plant in Sarasota, FL.

A qualified candidate will have:

• Must be able to work one or more days on weekends and overtime during the work week if required
• B.S. Degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Five (5+) years of experience in a operational plant leadership role in a plastic injection molding operation
• Track record of progressive manufacturing responsibilities
• Must be a hands-on Plant Manager that leads from the production floor with the ability to help the team trouble shoot processing and maintenance opportunities
• Must be someone that understands processing, tooling, scheduling, logistics, etc.
• Must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Must be able to work one or more days on weekends and overtime during the work week if required
