Job Details Clinical Pharmacist position - 12 weeksPosition would be Monday - Friday 0730-1600. After onsite training (1-2 weeks) position could be remote (work from home). Clinical pharmacist would just not participate on interdisciplinary rounds for assigned patient care units.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: &bull

• tBachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required &bull
• tASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care)&bull
• tBoard certification preferred&bull
• tCurrent licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware
