Personal Lines Account Manager - HNW

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Regional agency with a great culture is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with High Net Worth (HNW) experience to deliver exceptional service and manage both the new and renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HNW Personal Lines accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle new business and renewals, including policy change requests, binders, certs, and quoting.
• Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting the client's needs.
• Use EPIC agency management system to keep accurate records.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years in personal lines insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency and HNW experience.
• Active P&C license .
• Expertise in personal insurance products, including Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati & PURE.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
