Key Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Handling correspondence and communication.
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Performing administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Assisting with personal errands and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; comfortable driving in the San Fernando Valley.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant.
- Familiarity with other office software and tools.
