We are a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) led by a fast-moving, tech-driven CEO. Were looking for a trusted Executive & Personal Assistant to keep both the business and life operations of the CEO running smoothly. This role blends administrative support, personal assistance, and light financial coordination.Youll help manage everything from scheduling and email triage to vendor coordination and basic financial oversight. If youre organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of handling both business and personal tasks with discretion and ownership wed love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the CEOs calendar, appointments, and remindersTriage and respond to email on behalf of the CEO (Gmail and Microsoft 365)Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with clients, partners, and vendorsAssist with recruiting: job postings, candidate outreach, interview schedulingCoordinate contractors and service providers (both business and personal)Track to-do items, keep projects organized, and ensure timely follow-throughHandle basic financial tasks such as:Tracking expenses and reimbursementsOrganizing receipts for bookkeepingCoordinating with the bookkeeper/CPAReviewing vendor invoices and paymentsAssist with personal tasks, travel planning, household appointments, and researchIdeal CandidateHighly organized and detail-orientedDiscreet and trustworthy with confidential informationComfortable managing both personal and professional logisticsProactive, self-managed, and calm under pressureExcellent communicator (written and verbal)Interested in supporting someone whos entrepreneurial and fast-pacedLocated near Apex for in-person support needsBonus ExperienceFamiliarity with basic bookkeeping or finance tracking (QuickBooks, spreadsheets, etc.)Experience in a support role for a CEO, entrepreneur, or executiveUnderstanding of the tech/MSP space (or eagerness to learn)Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, project/task tools)Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)Life insurancePaid time offParental leaveFlexible scheduleTuition reimbursementProfessional development assistanceRetirement plan
