Associate Litigation Attorney with 3-6 years of biotechnology litigation experience. Candidates should have an advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or organic chemistry. and experience with biologics, pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech patent litigation, and PTAB. Candidates should be registered with the USPTO and have experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation and/or biosimilars(BCPIA).
Excellent academic credentials and excellent writing and verbal communications skills are required.
