Job Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (hours and days may vary)
Salary: Entry level - $14.42/per hr.

Job Summary:
Parks maintenance workers keep up the appearance, health, and safety of landscapes and features in public parks. They maintain jogging and biking paths, athletic fields, playgrounds, picnic tables, benches, lawns, flower beds, and gardens.
Minimum Qualifications / Acceptable Equivalency:
•1 yr. of experience working in a ground maintenance capacity, nursery, greenhouse, or other landscape related organization preferred.
•Ability to pass a pre-employment DPS Background check, Drug test, Physical and Lumbar X-ray.
•Must possess a valid Texas Class C Driver's License.
•Possess, or ability to obtain, applicator's pesticide & herbicide control licensing.
