2nd Shift
Work FOUR DAYS Per Week on 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)
● We are looking for someone who has excellent functional and technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints/plannings/sketches for material prep and paint operations.
● Experience performing material prep.
● Paint Operations using a mechanical sprayer.
● Finishing.
● Simple assembly operations within paint operations.
● Familiar with basic hand and inspection tools.
● Basic math and setup skills.
● Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, paint control.
● Perform stop-off at required areas per paint schematics, apply primer, and apply top coat to parts.
● Operate a paint sprayer (this is critical).
● Maintain paint booth and environmental logs.
● Perform surface preparation of component for final inspection, including sealing of bushings, stenciling, and application of corrosion preventatives.
● Execute minor polishing on major components for final inspection.
● Ability to independently perform all paint functions.
● Ability to interpret blueprints.
