Elite Insurance Partners is looking for a proactive and analytical Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the advising the strategy, campaign execution and optimization across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven professional with a passion for driving measurable results and staying ahead of industry trends in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of Paid Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and Display campaigns to achieve diverse KPIs.
• Manage hands-on, bid-based buying and optimization across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Ensure flawless campaign execution, constantly monitoring performance and making data-driven optimizations to improve results.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, delivering clear reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to understand campaign goals, define targeting, and manage budgets, while providing strategic recommendations and best practices.
• Drive paid search innovation by identifying new betas, testing opportunities, and working with developers to build tools for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on, in-platform experience in a Paid Search or PPC role.
• Proven success managing direct response and demand generation campaigns; with expertise in attribution and conversion tracking.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized individual with a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to inform strategy and reporting.
