Position: Order Process Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $85,000 to $95,000/year

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a manufacturing environment.

Education: Business Degree preferred or equivalent business experience working in a related field.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

ProRecruiters is seeking an Order Process Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Order Analysts in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, company policies, and sound judgment.
  • Support Order Processing, Accounting, and other departments in investigating order, pricing, and commission discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely processing of order entry, shipping, and payment details.
  • Process and set up new AR requests following established procedures.
  • Assign RMT/CMT numbers and ensure compliance with related procedures.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on RMT evaluations.
  • Process orders, change orders, and AR requests received by 3:00 p.m. on the same day.
  • Send sales RMT evaluations to customers and/or representatives.
  • Investigate and process credit requests, assigning credit tracking numbers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the credit approval procedure.
  • Perform random audits to verify order accuracy.
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring new personnel.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related software.
  • Ability to learn and navigate the company’s enterprise system.
  • Strong aptitude in English and Mathematics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Commitment to responsibility and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
