• Ability to speak and understand English, both verbal and written (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Required, 1 year)
• Experience sorting mail (Required, 1 year)
• Experience handling money (Required, 1 year)
• Strong data entry skills (Required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (Required)
• Experience using FWCC-Laserfiche system (Desired)

Job Description:

• Performs daily duties in the FWC Bryant Building mailroom, picking up and sorting mail
• Data entry of revenue received in FWCC-Laserfiche system
• Performs internal mail runs twice daily and external mail runs as needed (using FWC furnished vehicle)
• Processes daily outgoing mail and express shipments
• Experience handling money
• Ability to lift 50 pounds at a minimum
• Follows verbal and written instructions, and communicates clearly with supervisors and stakeholders

Skills Needed:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
