Job Description:
We are is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, maintain records, and provide general support to staff and management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and maintain office records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and provide customer support as needed
