We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to the Chief of Staff. This position is an addition to staff where you will take ownership of a myriad of projects, research, prepare Excel status reports, escalate matters to COS as needed, manage inventory/order supplies for multiple properties with an eye on cost savings, purchase gifts and manage gift delivery process, prepare correspondence with careful attention to detail, take responsibilities off COS's plate and run with them, and run errands. Bring a no-job-too-small work ethic and share in the family office’s cohesive culture, where everyone helps each other.
Strong MS Office, especially Excel, and database skills, experience in a family office helpful, mature minded, confidential, with a proactive response to problem solving, degree in Business
