Job Description

LHH is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant in the Germantown area of Philadelphia, PA. This position is part time, two days onsite, one day work from home. It is a Contract role (Temp). Looking for someone with Non-Profit experience.

Responsibilities:

Organizing documents

Date Entry

Corresponding emails to be sent out

Calendar Management

Coordinating meetings

Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma

1-2 years in Non-Profit

Must be proficient in MS Office Suites

Must be organized

Detail oriented

Must have good written and verbal communications
