Overview As a Dynamics Consultant & CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead, you will be responsible for designing & developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform & Azure cloud services. Position details: DIRECT CLIENT position; Number of positions: 1; Length: 8-20 Months+; Location: Washington, DC 20003. Hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite per week). Immediate interviews (Webcam Interview). Responsibilities Design, develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. Integrate external systems with Dynamics 365 and plan/implement solutions to address organizational requirements. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and drive projects to deliver solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions. Collaborate with delivery architects, technical leads, and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet agency needs, and verify policies/restrictions are followed. Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations. Review proposed implementations and identify efficient designs; perform code reviews to ensure alignment with architecture/design and Microsoft best practices for Power Platform. Understand Microsoft Dataverse; create functional requirements and designs for customizations; estimate level of effort for tasks. Install, set up, and configure Dynamics 365 and associated apps; create technical documentation for client Dynamics 365 environments. Interact with clients to understand business requirements and develop wireframes/mockups. Qualifications Minimum Education/Certification : Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required/Desired Skills Candidates must have ALL the Required skills to be considered. Desired or Highly Desired skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
