Job Description

Advanced Practice ER provider needed for this non-profit hospital (independent, 70 years old, very financially stable) in one of the fastest growing cities in the Midwest. This hospital is expanding and adding this to their services offered and will complement their established busy practice. This fast paced hospital is a level IV trauma facility with a 24-hour emergency room, two FastCare retail clinics and excellent relationship with the Mayo Clinic for level III and above trauma.



Practice details include:

• Need at least 2 years experience.
• Current schedule: 9a-9p or 12p-12a. Will transition to: Mon - Fri - 8- hour shifts.
• Work every 3rd weekend (Fri., Sat., Sun - 12-hour shifts).
• There is always a physician on staff 24x7.
• Over 23,000 visits annually
• Over 2,900 admissions
• .9 FTE would earn $113,911 the first year, with a target compensation of $119,906. You can earn $8,992 in incentive off of their base rate for an annual comp of $122,904.
• Each year our client does a market compensation study and a merit increase which can vary but approx.. 4% each year on top of their base pay and each year get paid 7.5% in incentives based of the target compensation.
