We are seeking a Nashville-based dynamic strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be an integral part of the account team, collaborating closely with the Account Supervisor to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.

Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with client objectives. You will work closely with the account team to understand client needs, identify target audiences, and create compelling marketing campaigns.

***This is a contract role and not full-time.***

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with client business objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop innovative marketing concepts.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling within existing accounts..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or client services.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Proven track record of success in achieving marketing goals and objectives.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
