Job Summary: The Marketing Associate will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using various tools and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, deliver on company-wide marketing objectives. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in the design and creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content. Manage social media accounts across various channels by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics. Ability to update and manage company website utilizing best practices and SEO (WordPress, SEM rush or related SEO tool experience a plus). Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Maintain marketing databases and help organize digital assets. Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal, communication and design skills. Excellent organization skills and attention to details. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ie: social media, email, trade publications, DTC) Graphic design experience and familiarity with design platforms (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Acrobat, etc.) Experience with photography and photo editing is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics). Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least two years of related experience preferred (internships included). Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
