Marketing Associate – Atlanta, GA

S.H.O.W. ATL is a growing, dynamic marketing firm that specializes in  direct, face-to-face campaigns for nonprofit and brand partners. We believe the strongest connections happen in person, and our work is built around creating meaningful experiences that drive results.

We’re currently seeking a  Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership to help plan and execute marketing events, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that shape both client success and company growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Support: Partner with leadership to develop and execute direct marketing initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
  • Event Marketing: Play a key role in coordinating and maintaining  in-person events that connect clients with communities in meaningful ways.
  • Operational Oversight: Support the daily operations of the office, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and streamline processes.
  • Project Management: Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments, fostering a culture of communication, creativity, and teamwork.
  • Talent Development: Contribute to team growth by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting professional development.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated, professional mindset with a focus on integrity and results.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or event-based marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Most importantly, someone excited about building their career in  face-to-face marketing and learning from an experienced team.

(Note: While a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is helpful, it is not a strict requirement. We value drive, initiative, and professionalism above all else.)
