Seeking a recent College Grad for a Management Trainee position!

• Assist department managers with operational tasks.
• Learn customer service and branch management duties.
• Improve productivity and business operations.
• Supervise staff and conduct evaluations.
• Track customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Handle customer calls and maintain low abandonment rates.
• Process orders and resolve customer issues.
• Train new hires and develop training schedules.
• Prepare sales reports and address concerns in meetings.
• Manage driver routing and productivity.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues.
• Audit branch performance and implement improvements.
• Coordinate staffing for smooth operations.
• Complete additional tasks as requested.

Schedule is M-F, 9a-5:30p. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Looking for new graduates with less than 2 years of work experience. 2-year degrees are acceptable.
