We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with expertise in industrial pump systems . This hands-on role involves maintenance, repair, and installation of pumps, including centrifugal, diaphragm, gear, and positive displacement types. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment .
🔧 Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on industrial pumps
🔧 Troubleshoot and repair seals, bearings, couplings, and valves
🔧 Disassemble, reassemble, align, and balance rotating equipment
🔧 Conduct inspections to prevent failures and minimize downtime
🔧 Perform piping modifications, lubrication, and seal replacements
🔧 Maintain service reports and parts inventory
🔧 Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
🔧 Collaborate with operations to optimize system performance
🔧 Support equipment installations and machinery upgrades
✔️ Education: High school diploma + technical training
✔️ Experience: 3-5 years in industrial maintenance (pump systems preferred)
✔️ Skills: Troubleshooting, alignment, balancing, and reading blueprints
✔️ Knowledge: Lockout/tagout procedures, OSHA safety standards, industrial safety protocols
✔️ Bonus Skills: Welding, fabrication, and experience with fluid transfer systems
