Job Description
Revenue Rocket is the leading M&A firm focused on IT Services companies. We are seeking a M&A Associate to own cross-functional organization for all buy and sell-side M&A programs to ensure consistent and efficient progress and deliver a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience.
Reporting to the Director of Client Management, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, incredible attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and take a proactive “get it done” approach to managing projects from inception to completion.
Requirement/Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience working in an “in-office” role/environment, ideally in M&A, investment banking, or within IT Services.
· 2-3 years of project management experience managing projects from inception to completion
· Experience working with project management tools, CRM or M&A deal flow software systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce,
HubSpot, etc.)
· Incredibly detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience working in a client-facing or prospect-facing role, with demonstrated success of coordination with stakeholders
· Comfortable working cross-functionally within a small team, taking on tasks as they arise
· Adaptable to changing circumstances, scope modifications, and unexpected challenges
· Experience reading & processing basic NDAs
· Comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations when faced with roadblocks
· The ability to understand enterprise technology and service companies’ offerings, jargon, and capabilities
· Bonus: previous experience at an investment bank or M&A advisory firm in similar roles
