SUMMARY
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for participating in assessing, implementing and documenting resident care as ordered by a physician and with the continuous availability of a registered nurse.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Candidates for this position must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess, at a minimum, the earned title of Licensed Practical Nurse.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,REGISTRATIONS
Current unencumbered North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
