WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Manahawkin, New Jersey.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in Manahawkin, NJ.

Job Function:

\n

• Night Shift.
\n
• 7pm - 7:30am.
\n

• Applies and interprets external fetal monitors, adjusting care based on fetal heart rate and maternal status.

  \n
\n

• Identifies and responds to emergency situations appropriately.

  \n
\n

• Administers medications following safety protocols and provider orders.

  \n
\n

• Screens and reassesses patients for pain as per clinical guidelines.

  \n
\n

• Assists physicians or midwives during deliveries.

  \n
\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a BSN.

  \n
\n

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

  \n
\n

• 2 years of acute care experience in Labor & Delivery.

  \n
\n

• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association.

  \n
\n

• Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred.

  \n
\n

\n

\n
