Job Description
CURRENT Mortgage Banking LOAN OFFICER EXPERIENCE ONLY and must have active California NMLS LICENSE or be able to get it quickly. We can provide interim licensing for CA DRE and federally charted LO's at banks and credit unions--employment must be current and at least last 12 months. This division is a high-performance realtor-based lending group and is not accepting entry level retail loan officers.

We’re looking for proven senior loan officers with an average current production of at least $8-20 million per year from your own book of business and realtor clients . Those with independent mortgage banker/broker background do best here.
We have over 100 senior loan officers producing $100 million plus per year—the most in the nation at a national lender. We also have exclusive relationships to share with many of the most prestigious real estate companies.
