Job Description

LHH is hiring a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) for our clients Tampa office. We’re looking for a professional with at least 3 years of law firm experience, specifically in litigation, to support our attorneys with administrative and legal tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, edit, and proof legal documents and correspondence
  • Schedule court appearances, depositions, and meetings
  • E-file in Florida State and Federal courts
  • Assist with trial prep and organize case materials
  • Manage time entry, billing, and client file maintenance
  • Handle intake, conflicts checks, and file openings/closings
  • Provide general administrative support (calls, expenses, CLE tracking, etc.)

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm, complex commercial litigation a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage and Aderant experience a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mindset
