We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Applicants are required to have at least a Florida Real Estate License. At a minimum, Transaction Coordination experience is required. You will be required to be in the office in Palm Beach. The days and hours in the office can be somewhat flexible, but you must live locally. You will help with both states. Experience in Florida is preferred over New Mexico. Compensation: $50,000 yearly DOE Responsibilities: Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred Real estate license preferred Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued About Company We are a top-producing real estate team rooted in a signature combination of unparalleled professionalism, extensive market knowledge, and unrelenting work ethic.
