As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will have the opportunity to launch or expand your private practice with support from Headway. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, the ability to see clients both in-person and remotely, and assistance with insurance billing and marketing. Headway aims to enhance the accessibility of mental health care by providing robust resources for clinicians and their patients.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
