We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to join our growing team in the healthcare industry. This position will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial planning and analysis across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and various financial analyses to support key business decisions. Responsibilities:
1. Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Develop and present financial reports to executive management, highlighting key business drivers and providing actionable insights.
3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on budgetary matters.
4. Use advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets and perform complex financial analyses.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
4. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial report preparation.
5. Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to handle large datasets and perform complex analyses.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
9. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
10. Knowledge of applicable financial regulations in the healthcare industry.
11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
