Our law firm is seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Law Office Receptionist. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office by handling various administrative tasks, including scanning and data entry, answering and directing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform scanning and data entry tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of documents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with the attorney to ensure efficient daily operations and a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administrative support or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law office or professional services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
