Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and dependable Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team at Bare Envy Laser & Massage Clinic. This position also requires some sales experience and the ability to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
-Provide consultations to clients regarding laser and aesthetic treatments, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and recommending suitable services.
-Perform a range of medical aesthetic treatments with precision and care, adhering to clinic protocols and safety standards.
-Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of treatments and products, converting consultations into appointments and sales.
-Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, products, and industry trends to educate clients and address their inquiries.
-Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and personalized care.
-Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
-Ensure accurate documentation of client treatments, progress notes, and sales transactions in our CRM system.
-Uphold the clinic's reputation for professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Medical aesthetician designation
- Some experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of laser technologies and aesthetic procedures, including safety protocols and best practices.
-Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends as needed.
