• Achieve time and material budget on projects, overseeing 2-3 landscape crews
• Produce high-quality work to achieve customer satisfaction
• Prepare accurate landscape enhancement estimates

• Proactive project planning and organization 
• Strong leadership and management of 2-3 landscape crews
• Good time and workload management, dividing time among supervision, preparation and estimating

• Degree in Horticulture or other relevant area of study--preferred

• Driver's license
• Green Industry certifications, or ability and desire to obtain

• Puyallup, WA

• Bilingual (English + Spanish)--preferred

• Sufficient relevant landscape industry experience
• Sufficient experience managing crews

• $115K to $120K
