About Us: Lancaster Kitchens and Baths is a top kitchen and bath renovation company specializing in high-quality designs and craftsmanship. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Sales/Design Representative to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Job Overview: As a Sales/Design Representative, you'll meet with clients to understand their renovation needs, design custom kitchens and baths, and provide accurate project estimates. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and budget.
• Design custom kitchen and bath layouts using design software.
• Provide estimates, timelines, and cost details for projects.
• Present design ideas, materials, and finishes to clients.
• Close sales and secure project contracts.
• Keep clients informed and build strong relationships.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth project completion.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design and sales.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., 20/20)
• Knowledge of materials and products used in renovations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Reliable and organized.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
